Industry Challenge

Airlines today are challenged with accurately forecasting their in-flight service needs. These inaccuracies have resulted largely because of the lack of communication between essential personnel and the obvious nonexistence of an integrate workflow. Given these challenges, airlines have traditionally outsourced these functions to external management/service providers that lack the knowledge associated with an airlines operations. This decision more times than not extrapolates the problem. Especially, since the airline does not have direct oversight of the external service provider's process.

 

Who We Are

Inflight Logistics is a company started by a group of airline support service professionals to develop supply chain management applications to assist airlines with day-to-day operations.

The company has developed a web based application (LOGINTELIX®). The application can publish a flight service schedule and forecast short/long term service needs for service provides by consuming specific airline data, assumptions and inventory information submitted by users globally.

Overall, Logintelix will consolidates an airline's workflow as it relates to its in-flight service needs by coordinating information exchange between Airline, Service Provider, Warehouse and Suppliers.
